Europa Chic is dedicated to providing high quality products to our customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can either return your item or exchange it for a comparable product.
Europa Chic Return Policy
Any items with a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced, without cost, upon its return provided that the item is returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase. The original receipt, with the customer's name, address, and telephone number must be provided with the item in order for a return to be completed. Within 30 days a refund may be requested rather than store credit. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
After 30 days, store credit will be issued for the amount of purchase.
